Delhi's crime syndicate exposed by most-wanted gangster Deepak Boxer
On the 5th of April, with the support of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Delhi police special cell in Mexico arrested most-wanted gangster Deepak Boxer, leader of the Jitender Gogi gang. His arrest has exposed the criminal syndicate prevalent in Delhi and Haryana region.
During police interrogation, Boxer revealed a lot of information that helped the Delhi police nab almost 15 of his gang members, including Yogesh Tunda who is in Tihar jail for the murder of Tillu Tajpuria. The police registered several cases of robbery, murder, extortion, threats and attempt to murder.
Deepak Boxer played a pivotal role in the escape of his associates Jitender Gogi and Kuldeep Fajja from police custody in 2016. They were trying to evade arrest and so Boxer and other gang members made an escape plan for them. So Boxer, Parveen Lara and another aide robbed a car in Bawana, threw red chilli powder in the police personnel eyes' and disarmed them. They freed Gogi in this manner. However, Delhi police eventually arrested Gogi and Fajja died in a police encounter. Tillu Tajpuria killed Jitender Gogi in 2021 at Rohini court.
UP residents Bhura Dalal and Mohammed Junaid were arrested during the police investigation as Boxer revealed that they helped him procure a fake passport and documents by the name of Ravi Antil. Through their help, Boxer escaped from India.
