India moved to the final after their semi-final against Sri Lanka was washed out without a ball being bowled. In a bizarre turn of events, India played only one game in the run-up to the final, against opener hosts Hong Kong, and won by nine wickets. The other three matches, including the semi-final against Sri Lanka, were washed out without a ball being bowled. Rain played spoilsport throughout the tournament, which led to eight games being washed out.

Team India’s victory in the Women’s Emerging Asia Cup final indicates their remarkable skills and team effort. The players displayed excellent talent with the bat and ball and defeated Bangladesh to secure the championship title.
